Spotswood Sea Serpents

Welcome to Spotswood Swim Team registration!  Early and regular registration are now closed, but it's not too late, you can still join the team in our Late registration.

• Late: On or After May 18th.  

All swimmers will receive a latex cap. If you would like to purchase additional caps for your swimmer(s) or family members, do so in the merchandise section of registration. **Registering after 5/18 does not guarantee your swimmer a cap.

Anyone (pool members/non-pool members) can register at any time during these 3 windows.  

If you are NOT A POOL MEMBER and NOT A RETURNING TEAM MEMBER (you have never swum with Spotswood before), you may complete registration, however, the governing body of the pool only allows a specific number of non-pool members to swim on the team.  This is written in the team by-laws.  If the team does not have space for additional non-pool members, your registration fees will be refunded.  You will be notified on/before 5/19/26 if there are no remaining non-pool member slots on the team. 

If you are NOT a member of the pool, you MUST add the $75 per swimmer "non-member fee", which can be found under the Merchandise section of the registration page.    

No swimmer will be allowed to practice until ALL fees have been paid. 

Refund Policy: All registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after June 5th, for any reason. The sole exception is for non-pool members who are waitlisted and notified that no team slots are available — those registrations will be refunded in full as outlined above.
